Good conditions for local talents.

Talent development and wellbeing in the municipality, across clubs and schools, without the municipality taking over the clubs’ work.

How it works

Your mandate, supported.

Your job is to give local talents the best conditions: balance between school, sport and free time, and clubs that can develop them. Bricks gives you one picture of development across the clubs and talent classes in your programme.

A stronger setup in every local club.

Bricks gives your local clubs the tools of a professional setup and gives your talent coordinator one picture across all of them.

  • Your specialists see the whole picture

The coordinator and the municipality’s physio see the talents in the programme in one place, with the athlete’s consent.

  • Talents who can stay local

With a strong setup at home, talents do not have to move to a bigger club to develop.

  • Balance you can see

Short check-ins show when school, sport and free time are too much, before it tips.

Their data stays protected

Bricks is built to GDPR, and health data is handled as the sensitive data it is. Data is encrypted in transit, access is controlled and logged, and the medical record sits behind two-factor. Every supplier works under a data processing agreement, and the talent can see, move or delete their own data at any time.

Questions municipalities ask.

Short answers.

Does the municipality take over the clubs' work?

No. The clubs develop their talents as they do today, and Bricks gives them the tools of a professional setup and your coordinator one picture across them.

What can the municipality see about each talent?

Only what the talent consents to. The coordinator and the municipality's physiotherapist see the talents in the programme in one place, and the medical record is only open to authorised health staff.

How do you handle GDPR when the talents are under 18?

Bricks is built to GDPR: data is encrypted in transit, access is controlled and logged, and the talent can see, move or delete their own data at any time. Ask for the data processing agreement in the meeting and we will send it.

Do the clubs need to switch the systems they use today?

Not to get started. The clubs can start without changing anything they run today, and in the first meeting we look at what Bricks can take over.

Start with one talent class.

One talent class or one sport is enough to begin with. We set it up with you and the clubs.
