Better conditions in every club.

Talent development for federations, from club to national team. Especially strong for individual sports.

How it works

Without building a sports science department.

Your talents train in clubs you do not run, and many of those clubs rely on volunteers and a small staff. Bricks gives the federation and the clubs the same picture of each talent, and the athlete decides who sees it.

Support that reaches the clubs.

Small federations use Bricks to back their best athletes with the specialists they have. Large federations use it to give ambitious clubs a professional setup. Both grow the sport.

  • Specialists who tap in and out

A physio or mental coach opens the profile, sees what has happened, and adds their part.

  • A professional setup in more clubs

Give ambitious clubs access, and their talents get the tools a professional club has.

  • Every selected athlete in view

Follow the selected athletes across clubs and see who is moving forward.

Set up per sport

Tests, exercises and questions are set up per sport, so a federation in athletics, tennis or swimming works in Bricks the same way a team sport does. The athlete keeps one profile from the first club to the national team.

Questions federations ask.

Short answers.

Do all the clubs need to use Bricks?

No. You can start with the selected athletes and give ambitious clubs access when it makes sense.

Can the federation see data from the athletes' clubs?

Only what the athlete gives access to. The athlete decides who sees what, per organisation, and the medical record is only open to authorised health staff.

Can our specialists work with athletes in several clubs?

Yes. A physiotherapist or mental coach opens the profile, sees what has happened, and adds their part, whichever club the athlete trains in.

What does it cost?

You pay per athlete and for the specialists who create professional content like programmes, tests and records. Coaches, management and admins are always free, and the price per athlete falls the more people join.

One sport or one age group is enough to begin with. We set it up with you and the clubs.
