Develop the next star.

Talent development for club academies. Bricks helps you develop every player, one talent at a time.

How it works

Built for talent development.

Most systems measure the body and the game. Bricks is built for how each talent develops, as a person and as a player, from the calendar to the medical record.

Less admin, more time for your talents.

Bricks gives the whole staff one profile per talent. Information reaches the right person without a meeting, and training is adjusted the same day.

  • Adjust the same day

Check-ins and load land as they happen, so the plan changes today, not next week.

  • One profile for the whole staff

Physio, physical trainer and coach each work in their own window. Nothing is typed twice.

  • History that stays

Goals, feedback and reflections stay with the talent when a coach moves on.

Talent development starts with the talent.

We believe talents develop fastest when they understand their own development. So Bricks starts with the talent, who logs, reflects and learns, and the staff around them get the whole picture to act on. One way of working, from the youngest team to the step up to the first team.

The talent at the centre

Data starts with the talent and goes up to the coach, the physio and the head of academy. The talent decides who sees what.

Insight, knowledge and reflection

Courses in the app, their own numbers and a gameplan they write themselves, so the talent understands why they train the way they do.

Development over time

One profile from the first youth team to the first team, and on to the next club, school or national team. Nothing starts from zero.

Their data stays protected

Built to GDPR. Data is encrypted in transit, access is logged, the medical record sits behind two-factor, and the talent can see, move or delete their own data.

"We can spend less time on admin and more time on the personal work with the players."

Questions academies ask.

Short answers.

How is Bricks different from a performance system?

A performance system dictates the game: lineups, tactical video, match statistics. Bricks develops the athlete: wellbeing, load, medical and long-term development. The talent logs, the staff see, and the history travels with the talent.

We already have a system. Do we need to switch?

Not to get started. Bricks is about the talent’s development: wellbeing, load, injuries and progress over time, not tactics and match video. Run the game on what you have, and every talent on Bricks. In the first meeting we look at what you run today, and what Bricks can take over.

Who can see the data?

The talent decides who sees what, per organisation, and the medical record is only open to authorised health staff.

Does it work for players under 18?

Yes, most of our players are under 18. Bricks is built to GDPR: data is encrypted in transit, access is controlled and logged, and the talent can see, move or delete their own data at any time.

Start with one team.

One team is enough to begin with. We set it up with you, and the rest of the academy follows when you are ready.
