Terms of trade
for Bricks Performance System ApS

These terms of trade apply to all purchases of subscriptions and digital services via www.bricksperformance.com.

Payment

We accept payment with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

The subscription is paid in advance for the chosen period (e.g. month or year). The amount is charged automatically to the selected payment card until the subscription is cancelled. When you purchase the subscription, you will receive a receipt by email.

We will never charge more than what you have approved at purchase.
When you buy a Bricks subscription, payment is processed by our secure payment providers (e.g. MobilePay or QuickPay).

At payment, a payment agreement is created so the subscription can renew automatically unless you cancel.

If you change card or payment method, you can update your information through your payment provider or by contacting us at support@bricksperformance.com.

Bricks does not store your card information — it's handled encrypted by our payment partners.

If a payment is declined (e.g. due to an expired card), we will contact you to update your payment details.
On cancellation, the payment agreement is deleted automatically.
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT, unless otherwise clearly stated.

Delivery

Access to the Bricks platform is granted immediately after payment is completed and your user is created. Since this is a digital service, no physical goods are delivered.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time of purchase.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must give us clear notice no later than 14 days after purchase. If you have started using the platform (login and use), the right of withdrawal lapses, since the service has begun with your consent.

Cancellation of subscription

Your subscription continues automatically until you cancel it. Cancellation can be done at any time via your user profile or by written notice to Bricks. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid subscription period.

Right to complain

When you purchase from us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to defects in digital services. You have a 24-month right to complain if the service does not match what was agreed.
